Auto-Coat Engineering (I) Pvt Ltd manufactures convecon ovens which use recirculated hot air for heat transfer to components, offering high temperature uniformity and the use of any fuel for heating. The convection design helps complete baking or curing regardless of the shape of the components, says the firm. Features include: minimum metal-to-metal contact; highpressure circulating blowers; greater heat output; adjustable louvres for balanced air flow; carbon oven steel; indicating type temperature controller; and high-temperature silicon aluminium paint to protect the interior. Also manufactured are spray booths (down draught conveyorised and special), cleaning machines (batch and conveyorised), paint-baking ovens, conveyorised phosphating plants, batch and conveyorised painting plants, and electrostatic and power coating plants.
