BOOSTING OVENS
Autocoat Engineering has developed infrared boosting ovens for liquid or powder coating plants. Initial heating time of painted article is accelerated substantially with the help of quartz IR emitters systematically placed between spray booth and ovens. For the same painting/powder coating line it is possible to increase of output by 20% by increase in conveyor speed. Boosting ovens are factory assembled to cut down site assembly, thus reducing shut down/production stoppage. Easy maintenance is an advantage. Boosting ovens are recommended for existing/new paint shops.
