CONVECTION OVEN

Autocoat Engineering makes convection ovens, which use recirculated hot air for heat transfer to components, offering high temperature uniformity and the use of any fuel for heating. The convection design helps complete baking or curing regardless of the shape of the components. Features includes minimum metal to metal contact, high pressure circulating blowers, greater heat output adjustable louvers for balanced air flow, carbon oven steel, indicating type temperature controller, and high temperature silicon aluminium paint to protect the interior. Also manufactured are spray hooch (down draught conveyorised and special), cleaning machines (batch and conveyorised), paint baking ovens, conveyorised phosphating plants, batch and conveyorised painting plants and electrostatic and powder coating plants, etc.
