In this dryer, there is a homogeneous distribution of steam during the most important steps of the treatment helping the knit to relax and distress. The precise setting of airflows allows the transportation of the fabrics in a completely revolutionary way, without tensions and pulling action. DesAIR produces the highest added value on knitted fabric, thanks to the combination of the following elements: The movable belts, placed near the accumulation scray, give the knit the necessary relaxation, useful for the distension and swelling of the fibres.
DesAIR treatment avoids any tension, but without stepping away from the physical action of airflows and the unique EnAIRgy effect. The superior drying power is given by two ventilors of high capacity and pressure, which, through specially designed nozzles, run heated airflows over the fabrics, creating the movement in a tensionless and relaxed environment. Continuous finishing line in open width for knitted fabrics: DesAIR represents the final finishing of knits with natural and/or artificial fibres. The result is a bulky hand feel, warm and soft together with dimensional stability. The line is composed by fabrics preparation; controlled overfeed and steaming treatment with hot air and steam in tensionless variable crush; final step of fabrics relaxation with steam, accumulation. Inspection and rolling is done for ready-to-deliver goods.
