Chemical heaters

Sweden Trading Corporation manufactures various types of electrically operated chemical heaters. These are rod type, rewindable and tubular tube immersion heaters, as per required sizes and sheath materials (viz, SS 304, SS 316, lead bonded, titanium, quartz silica, etc) to withstand in corrosive chemicals. Rod type heaters have characteristics of more sturdiness and ease of replacement of heating elements, but heats slowly in compare to tubular type heating elements. While tubular type heating elements have advantage of light weight and higher watt density, which heats the chemicals faster. But, quartz tube sheath is not possible in this case. They are available with different types of end connections, such as, flange type and screw type with terminal protecting covers as per IP 55, flame proof, etc.
