Ceramic infrared heaters

Ace Heat Tech has introduced Elstein make ceramic infrared heaters which are constructed by a firmly burnt-in heating coil consisting of highly heat proof resistance wire with almost constant resistance over the whole temperature ranges. This explains the superior service life of Elstein infrared radiation elements. The firm embedding makes installation in any position possible. The glaze used for ceramic heaters has excellent radiation properties. As a result the radiation efficiency is very high. These do not oxidised therefore the exposed goods always remain clean. Ceramic infrared heaters are available in two standard lengths, ie, 245 mm (FSR) and 122 mm (FSR/2). Both models are 60 mm wide. The power ratings are 250 to1000 W in full length and 125 to 500 W in half-length. Ceramic IR radiation elements have been used successfully in thermoforming and vacuum forming machines. PVC pipe belling/socketing machines, hot stamping machines, heat therapy equipments, etc.
