Cartridge Heaters, High & Medium Watt Density

A wide range of cartridge heaters are manufactured. These are sheathed in brass or stainless steel tubes (having medium watt density) and incolloy sheathed (having high watt density) in various diameters from 8 mm OD to 32 mm OD and 37 mm to 800 mm length. These come with various types of terminal connections such as lead type, stud type or pin type as per requirement.  These can also be used as a stud heater for shrink tightening and for space heating application, where it is necessary to concentrate heat in a confined area by inserting in closed fitting drilled and reamed holes. Standard capacity: input supply - 12 V to 440 V; rating - 50 W to 5000 W.
