Suntec Energy Systems offers modulating heavy oil burners with air/steam atomising press P/NA Series, manufactured by Riello Burners Italy. Features: new technology innovation to meet even the worst fuel qualities and to reach the best achievable combustion performance (lower particulate and NOx emissions); ignition by LPG pilot burner; higher turndown ratio compared to standard burner – for modulating burner = 5:1, for two stage burner = 3:1; automatic self cleaning of feeding line of nozzle at every burner shut-down; lower pumping pressure (about 10 bar) hence less wear of pump gear; shorter heavy oil feeding lines for less cooling of heavy oil on the lines; lower electric consumption, if needed; operation is possible with diesel oil (air atomising) by removing the predisposed bridge on the terminal strip; double flow section of orifice decreases possibilities of feeding blocks; equipped with variable geometry combustion head; slide bars for easy installation and maintenance; and option available for two stage with air/steam atomising, modulation with air/steam atomising.
