Suntec Energy Systems offers modulating dual fuel burners GI/EMME Series (light oil/natural gas), manufactured by Riello Burners Italy. This company is a pioneer and among the largest burner manufacturers in the world, producing over 500,000 burners per annum with market share of 18.4% and turnover of Euro 131 million. Features: designed for large equipment; suits every sort of equipment, with normal or pressurised combustion chamber; changeover switch for two fuels – light oil and gas, hence operation is easy; a variable profile cam connects fuel and air setting, ensuring fuel efficiency at all firing rates, air damper for air setting and butterfly valve for regulating fuel output controlled by a servomotor; equipped with a variable geometry combustion head, hence optimum combustion performance and peak combustion efficiency at all firing rates, thus saving fuel consumption; all burners have slide bars, for easier installation and maintenance, heavy oil circuit is fitted with his own electric motor – this permits pump stop during gas operation, which prevents danger of pump seizure and prevents oil circulation; and ventilation circuit comes with a forward blades centrifugal fan, which assures high pressure levels at the required air deliveries and permits installation flexibility.
