Suntec Energy Systems offers modulating dual fuel burners GI/EMME Series (light oil/natural gas), manufactured by Riello Burners Italy. This company is a pioneer and among the largest burner manufacturers in the world, producing over 500,000 burners per annum with market share of 18.4% and turnover of Euro 131 million. Features: designed for high output users and suitable for normal or pressurised combustion chamber and suitable for applications like steam boiler, thermic fluid heater, chillers and hot air generator; changeover switch for two fuels – light oil and gas, hence operation is easy; a variable profile cam connects fuel and air setting, ensuring fuel efficiency at all firing rates; burners are equipped with variable geometry combustion head this enables optimum combustion performance and ensures peak combustion efficiency, thus saving fuel consumption; a maximum gas pressure switch stops the burner in case of an excess of pressure in fuel line, the light oil circuit comes with its own electric motor – so the pump is stopped during gas operation to prevent pump seizure and to avoid oil in circulation; a pressure regulator on the return circuit from the nozzle enables the quantity of fuel burnt to be varied; two safety valves on return circuit prevent oil leakage from nozzle when burner is in stand-by and in pre-purge phase; and ventilation circuit comes with a forward blades centrifugal fan, which assures high pressure levels at the required air deliveries and permits installation flexibility.
