In technical collaboration with Stein Heurtey of France, the company is supplying highly sophisticated high convection, hydrogen atmosphere [HC-H2], high productivity batch annealing plants. The annealed coils are much cleaner and brighter with uniform mechanical properties. The operation costs are low. These HC-H2 batch annealing plants are supplied with high degree of automation and operator friendly sophisticated PC based PLC system and instrumentation, highly dependable safety systems, close process monitoring and exhaustive archiving provisions, etc. Allied"s HC-H2 annealing plants have found overwhelming acceptance in not only in domestic market but also in many foreign countries.
