Bar End Heating System

Electrotherm (India) manufactures induction furnaces, ladle refining furnaces, metal refining converters, induction heating and hardening equipments, continuous induction furnace and other specialised plant and machinery used in steel and foundry industry. The company offers a bar end heating system. This is mainly used with upset forging machines for manufacturing of axles, bolts, valves, couplings, etc. Features: suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals; automatic/semi-automatic systems as per customers' requirement (walking beam, chain conveyor, pneumatic/hydraulic pusher system); heating coils with special refractory lining with SS guide rails; customised/multi-tap coil design (as per required heating length); precise temperature control; C shaped coil for handling long bars with small heating area; and feeding through chain conveyor/walking beam.
