Electrotherm (India) manufactures induction furnaces, ladle refining furnaces, metal refining converters, induction heating and hardening equipments, continuous induction furnace and other specialised plant and machinery used in steel and foundry industry. Features: available in various ranges 25 kW-5000 kW; suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals; for billets/bar of 5 mm to 300 mm; loading system as per customers requirement (ramp system with pneumatic pusher/step chain conveyor infeed conveyor); heating coil with quick changing arrangement; optional shuttle mechanism; auto accept/reject mechanism; high efficiency heating coils; and optional temperature measuring instrument (Infra red optical pyrometer).
