Automatic Scrubber Dryer

Soma Specialities offers an Automatic Scrubber Dryer, Cyclon Pro 500. This is one of the few indigenously manufactured machines of its kind in India, which has achieved great success in terms of performance and sales. The most important feature of this machine is that in one pass, the floor becomes clean and dry, which eliminates use of two machines and two or more workers. It increases working efficiency by three to five times. It has one tank for cleaning solution, which is dispensed on the floor and scrubbing of the floor is carried out using a rotary brush. Immediately dirty water is picked up and collected in another tank by vacuum action. As the floor becomes clean and dry in one pass, this machine can be used during working hours also without causing any disruption. This is a heavy-duty machine guaranteed for years of trouble free service. The drive mechanism comprises triple planetary gear drive for producing high torque, which can thereby take heavy load and clean larger areas with great efficiency. It has a 30 ltr solution tank and 35 ltr recovery tank to clean for longer periods without delays caused due to refilling and emptying of tanks. Brush size of 500 mm helps in covering larger areas with each pass and brush motor is continuous rated heavy duty 1.5 HP single phase CSCR motors fitted with triple planetary high torque transmission system so that the machine can operate in rough conditions with durability. Vacuum motor is heavy-duty 1200 W motor manufactured by Ametek, Italy, and is suitable for continuous operation. It can be used for cleaning of large floor areas, especially factories, workshops, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, service centres, industrial canteens, commercial premises, railways platforms, shopping complexes and malls. Different types of brushes and pads can be used depending upon the type of floor and its condition. Being totally indigenous machine it is very economical as well as most suitable for rugged performance in Indian conditions.
