Electrotherm offers Aluminium Frame Furnaces. It is ideal for small ferrous and non-ferrous foundries from 5 kg to 3000 kg and for precious metals, like gold, silver and platinum melting. Its salient features are: robust design; top and bottom made out of high strength castable refractory; special high voltage insulation to prevent inter-turn sparking; FRP support to coil to maintain inter-turn gap and to provide rigidity to coil assembly; thick extruded rectangular section coil to ensure extra efficiency, strength and rigidity; fibre glass struts and stainless steel tie rod support coil; low vibration, long refractory life; easy maintenance, minimum down time; and easy and fast installation.
