Air Dryers

A-1 Air & Gas Co started as a servicing centre for air compressors and has gradually evolved to manufacture and export a wide range of air dryers. Most pneumatic systems consist of tiny orifice hence it is necessary to have processed dry air to protect precision pneumatic valves, cylinders, etc. from fine dust; burnt hydrocarbons, and moisture. Desiccant air dryers give complete dryness as per ISO-8573. Atmospheric air which is not pure is sucked by air compressor & pressurised stored I(roman numeral 1) receiver tank. Air dryer processes this impure air and removes dust, oil & moisture content and gives pure and dry air. Dryers are available in a range from 50 CFM Volume to 10,000 CFM Volume, and Pressure from 3 bar to 70 bar. The company also offers refrigerated air dryers.
