Pathak Electrical Works offers a range of Heavy-Duty Ovens in PEW-150 Series, models PEW-150 ST, PEW-150 FAC and PEW-150 FAD. Construction: double walled cabinet with outer made of mild-steel, and inner chamber can be of mild steel, or stainless steel as required; insulation – glass wool filled between the walls to a minimum thickness of 2 inch; the door is fitted with heavy chrome plated brass hinges, and it contains a 'spring and roller' type latch; the element cover is without perforations and it covers the heaters completely; finish – outer side is painted with enamel paint, the inner side (in case of mild steel) is painted with heat-resistive aluminium paint; heating is carried out by a specially designed low-rating electric heater; and the temperature is controlled by a thermostat, for better accuracy and safety of the oven, digital temperature controller (PEW-202) can be provided at an extra cost. Temperature range: for PEW-150ST – 5°C above the ambient temperature to 250°C maximum; for PEW-150 FAC – 5°C above the ambient temperature to 150°C maximum; for PEW-150 FAD – 5°C above the ambient temperature to 250°C maximum (up to 300°C can be provided, at an extra cost); and accuracy better than ±5°C. Air circulation: PEW-150 ST – fresh air from the bottom inlet passes over a set of heaters and enters into the working chamber through the perforations of the false side partition wall; hot air is exhausted through the chimney provided at the top, no separate blower is provided; and the butterfly valve provided in the chimney can control air circulation; PEW-150 FAC – the air passes over a set of heaters and enters into the working chamber through the perforation of the false side partition wall; the hot air draft from the top is again re-circulated by passing it to the inlet of the blower by means of the ducting and the butterfly valve provided in the ducting can control air circulation by feeding totally hot air or a mixture with the fresh air to the inlet of the blower; and PEW-150 FAD – air is circulated by means of a motorised blower, that is, forced air draft is used instead of natural air; and no re-circulation of air is possible.
