Drying Ovens
Drying Ovens are fabricated in double walled m.s. sheet construction mounted on a rigid steel frame-work, the gap in between the two walls is filled with thick fiber glass-wool for insulation. The unit is also provided with air-inlet, air filter, adjustable air-outlet, self-locking insulated door etc. Air is passed through totally enclosed type strip heaters and is circulated in the drier by means of a fan, fitted on the side of the oven and driven by a suitable electric motor.

- Its have different ranges of the temperature in various standard models DO-12 to model DO-192, so as to accommodate 12 trays to 192 trays respectively.
- M.S. Wheeled trolleys of standard size 36†x 33†x 70†suitable to accommodate 48 trays, are provided for model DO-48 or bigger models.
- The whole unit is painted, after suitable precoats, from outside with synthetic enamel or hammertone paint and from inside it is painted with heat resistant aluminium paint.
- The ovens can also be supplied in flame proof construction with steam radiators.
