Drying Ovens

Drying Ovens are fabricated in double walled m.s. sheet construction mounted on a rigid steel frame-work, the gap in between the two walls is filled with thick fiber glass-wool for insulation. The unit is also provided with air-inlet, air filter, adjustable air-outlet, self-locking insulated door etc. Air is passed through totally enclosed type strip heaters and is circulated in the drier by means of a fan, fitted on the side of the oven and driven by a suitable electric motor.

Its have different ranges of the temperature in various standard models DO-12 to model DO-192, so as to accommodate 12 trays to 192 trays respectively.
M.S. Wheeled trolleys of standard size 36â€ x 33â€ x 70â€ suitable to accommodate 48 trays, are provided for model DO-48 or bigger models.
The whole unit is painted, after suitable precoats, from outside with synthetic enamel or hammertone paint and from inside it is painted with heat resistant aluminium paint.
The ovens can also be supplied in flame proof construction with steam radiators.
