In case of cast iron gilled tubes, fins of graded casting are used. IBR or 3rd party inspection is undertaken. The range of tube economisers includes CI gilled tube economisers, MS square tube economisers, round gilled tube economisers, coiled-tube type economisers, finned tube economisers and horizontal finned tube economisers. The company manufactures and exports mild steel square and round gilled tube economisers. These are fabricated with MS square and round fins, duly seal-welded on carbon steel seamless tubes. These mild steel square and round gilled tube economisers are commonly used in small industries like sugar mills or rice mills. These have the following features: proper contact between the tubes and fins are ensured while fabricating, under direct supervision of qualified and experienced engineers, for optimum efficiency; fabricated as per customer drawing/specifications or tailor made as per the data provided by the buyer and IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken.
