Agnee Transmissions manufactures custom made Gear Racks and Pinions in both spur and helical tooth form in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, plastic, hylam, etc. Heat treatment facility is also offered, continuous length of racks up to 2500 mm are possible. Agnee has a dedicated facility for precision rack and pinion cutting in volume ensuring quality at highly competitive prices. Apart from standard racks in 1, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 module, customer/specified racks and pinions from 0.5 module to 20 module are offered as per drawing or sample. These are available in various sizes with tooth forms to ISO, AGMA and DIN specifications.
