EXTRUDED POLYURETHANE ROUND & V-BELTS

Belcon Engineers offers Extruded Polyurethane Round and V belts. It is used for drives and conveying applications. Tubular profiles are also available. Round belts are available in diameters ranging from 2 to 15 mm in 82A and 92A shore durometer and in green or transparent colours. Round belts are ideal for medium duty power transmission, live roller application, transfer conveyors, misaligned shafts, high abrasion environment, etc. Tubular belts are of a hollow section and can be joined with the help of relevant connectors. Diameters available ex-stock are 5, 6 and 8 mm. V-profiles are available in Z, A, B and C-section, with reinforcement in plain, super grip or ridge top (conical) varieties. These belts are used extensively in industries like ceramic tiles, bricks, glass, etc, where highly abrasive products need to be handled delicately. Special profiles like Double A, Flat, and any customised profiles are also available. Belts are available in open roll form or endless. These belts being thermo plastic are fairly easy to join by heat welding. Welding jigs with heaters are also available.
