Agro Engineers is engaged in manufacturing heavy duty industrial gears and pinions. The spur and helical gears are made out of hardened and non-hardened alloy steel/case hardening alloy steel, mild steel, and cast iron while worm gears are made out of phosphor-bronze on hobbing machines. Gears and pinions can be made to the following specifications: Type of teeth: spur, helical or worm; minimum diameter: 75 mm/ 3"; Maximum diameter: 2000 mm/78"; Minimum teeth size: 3 module/8 DP; Maximum teeth size: 20 module/1.5 DP; Maximum teeth angle: 45?; and Metals used: hardened or non-hardened alloy steel/case hardening alloy steel, mild steel, cast iron, phosphor-bronze, or any specified metal. The company also undertakes teeth cutting job work.
