Accurate Jig Bushing offers Drill Jig Bushes. These bushes are made from EN-31 material; and hardened to 60-65 HRC; bore honed to precise tolerances. The other available products are special purpose machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, and honing machines with capacity of honing form bore size 12 mm to 63 mm. Imported honing abrasives are used to achieve the surface finish in the bore, i.e., true bore. The company uses EN 31 material, which is tested fully for chemical composition, hardness is maintained 60/65 HRC.
