Accurate Jig Bushing is a company fully equipped with special purpose machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, and honing machines with capacity of honing form bore size 12 mm to 63 mm. Imported honing abrasives are used to achieve the surface finish in the bore, i.e., true bore. The company uses EN 31 material, which is tested fully for chemical composition, hardness is maintained 60/65 HRC. Jig plates are made as per customer needs. The plates are designed according to the components and facility available with the customer. Consistent output with productivity will be ensured.
