Bevel Gear Form Centricity

Minimatic bevel gear form centricity, Model MBGC-200, is a new equipment used to check the bevel gear form centricity and noise testing. It has two spindles at right and mounts on a slide operated by screw manually. A and B spindle heads can be set at any position. So both gears can be matched in perfect position. One run out checking unit is also attached with it, so individual run out also can be checked. For perfect reading of gear matching, a two dial stand is fitted on the head. The Bevel Gear dia is 200 mm, and combined angle, 90°.
