Hindustan Hydraulics offers NC Press Brake. This is available from 50- 80-120 tonnes to 160 tonnes and in bending lengths from 1500-2500 mm and 3100 mm. The press beam control is based on the hard stoppers in the hydraulic cylinders. The basic machine is with controller with memory capacity of 100 programs. The parallelism of both the cylinders is ensured through the solid torsion beam. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the machine is at par with any CNC machines. The press beam is with repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm and the machine is with standard dual ball screw backguage with AC servo drive ensuring a accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The machine is offered with economical and small height tools.
