Emco Dynatorq offers a wide range of Industrial Safety Brakes and other products. These are also exported globally. The company now offers, locally and globally, power saver “Green Brakes” up to 400 Nm resulting in saving up to 60% of power compared to conventional brakes. The Green brake results in lower power consumption, lower heating of brake, very fast engagement and disengagement, friction liner wear greatly reduced, lower maintenance costs, longer time lag resetting of air gap, and higher operating frequency possible. These electro magnetic brakes, clutches and clutch brake combinations include both AC/DC flame proof fail safe and non flame proof fail safe brakes up to 5000 Nm and weather proof brakes. These brakes have been specially designed for high toxic and hazardous environment in the industries where non-flameproof equipments are not recommended for safety reasons. These products have approval and certification by Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR) for Gas Group-I and Gas Group-II for Zones 1 & 2 areas.
