Enginetech Systems offers brake system parts. The range includes - commercial vehicles; buses; capabilities - design validation analysis; mould design and development; injection moulding; and total system performance testing. The company since its inception in 1989 believed in the principle of ‘human values and operational freedom’. This has resulted in nil attrition at all levels among its employees. The same philosophy is extended to the vendors making them an inherent part of the Enginetech family. As a result, the company and its vendors form a cohesive team that delivers tooled up product within 60 days consistently. From a 4-member team in 1989, today the company is a 452-member team, and vendors who supplied to the company in its early days are also still with it.
