Wind Turbo Ventilator, Globe

Krishi Enterprise offers Globe Wind Turbo Ventilator, which is a wind operated turbo ventilator. It is basically an aerodynamically designed turbine, which can rotate freely on rigidly fixed mounting arrangement. The turbo ventilator is a combination of both natural and forced ventilation system. It functions as a natural ventilator when there is a difference in thermal or wind pressure between the inside and outside of the building, which force the air to move through opening of ventilator. The turbo ventilator also acts as a force ventilator. When the turbine rotates a centrifugal force is created, resulting pressure difference which helps in drawing air from inside turbine towards the spinning vanes and force it out of the turbine. As the wind flows over turbine the aerodynamically designed vanes acts as cups which catch air in windward side of the turbine causing it to rotate. Simultaneously air is forced out at the leeward side creating a continuous air flow. Hot air drawn from inside is replaced by fresh air from outside. The main operating mechanism is its high-tech ball bearing system. Sealed bearings permanently lubricated is used to make it last indefinitely. The highly efficient ball bearing system enables the turbine to rotate even at a very low wind velocity.
