Wind Turbine-Vertical Axis

Sai Prasad Energy has introduced a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT), Model VH5, for the first time in India. The system has been designed by Cleanfield Energy Corporation, Canada; and is already functional across numerous locations across the world. The company has set up a manufacturing unit in India and has a team of trained professionals for installation and after-sales support. This 5.1 kW autonomous hybrid system comprises of 3.5 kW wind turbine and 1.6 kW solar panels. The wind turbine electronics control system is designed to minimise noise and eliminate vibrations. Vertical axis turbine is very well adapted in urban areas. The turbine can be mounted on the roof-top and does not need tall towers. The company is a part of the well diversified Sai Prasad Group. It provides products, services and solutions in renewable energy field. The company will also be exporting the system to other countries.
