The turbine vent is technically superior to other fans made domestically and abroad. This is due to incorporation of bearing free German technology vis-à-vis a sealed self-lubricating steel device in polymer, mounted within the steel shaft, with minimal friction resulting in high speed (RPM) and consequent more extraction of hot air. The result is also maintenance free and silent, smooth and sustained operation for more than ten years. The fan is designed in such a way that extraction of air is more than other fans. The fan blades are made of high grade aluminium, while top cover is Zinc coated steel, and other structure is GI. Powder coated fans are available with lead time for places with corrosive fumes. These ventilators have been giving trouble free performance for a long time due to its construction. The blades are made with superior grade aluminium, thickness 0.4 mm to keep the weight low. Also, the blades are crimped at the end making the thickness effectively 0.8 mm at that point to avoid folding and breaking. This is deliberate and in line with the design, thus helping in faster rotation (due to lighter weight because of 0.4 mm thickness) over a period of time. Moreover, the ventilator provides 39 blades to optimise the operation and strike a balance in providing maximum space for the air to go out and at the same time not allowing rainwater to enter.
