Panel air conditioners

Sun Beam Appliances offers Panel air conditioners. Most of the cabinets housing electronic equipment generate substantial amount of heat during operation. This is accentuated when such cabinets are located in places other than clean rooms, like dirty, humid and hot factory premises, shopfloors, etc. Sunbeam closed loop panel air conditioners offer solution for such problems, protecting against heat, dust and humidity. Principle of operation: panel air conditioners utilise a closed loop design to maintain clean and cooled air in electronic control panels. To achieve this, two entirely separate air circulation circuits are provided in panel air conditioner. While one circulation circuit sucks hot clean air from top of electronic control cabinet, which, after passing across the evaporator of the system, becomes cool and dehumidified. This air is then supplied to the electronic control cabinet from bottom of the panel air conditioner. The second circulation circuit makes use of ambient air to remove heat out of condenser of panel air conditioner by pushing it across condenser and then to atmosphere from top of the panel air conditioner. These two air circuits are separated by a partition to ensure closed loop design and to keep electronic components of control cabinet away from dust and humidity present in factory shop floor. These systems work on ozone friendly refrigerant and are supplied with digital temperature controller. Applications: CNC machine tools, robotics, control cabinets, laboratory instruments, automation equipments, radars, textile machinery, food processing industry, communication equipment, material handling systems, etc.
