Mech-Air Industries offers Packaged Air-Conditioners. These are adaptable to all applications including split system. Features include energy-saving factors incorporated in system design, reliable and trouble-free operation and easily accessible for inspection and maintenance. Components and features: compressor - high-energy efficiency ratio-lower kW/tonne of refrigeration; internal/external vibration isolators-minimum vibration; refrigerant-cooled motor winding; and suitable to operate at 380/420 V AC 3-phase 50 Hz electric supply; water cooled condenser - shell and tube type; integrally fined copper tubes; sub-cooling circuit provided for energy-saving; and specially designed water box enables decaling without disconnecting water lines; evaporator coil - multi-row cooper coil with mechanically bonded aluminium fins; and integral sub-cooling circuit provided for energy saving; air-cooled condenser - multi-row cooper coil with mechanically bonded aluminium fins; integral sub-cooling circuit provided for energy saving; and horizontal or vertical configuration to suit site condition; thermostat expansion valve - precise metering of refrigerant flow according to load; evaporator blower; double inlet; forward curved multi-blade impeller for low-noise operation; and statically and dynamically balanced blower; HDPE air filter (cleanable) - large surface area and dust holding capacity to prevent choking of cooling coil; control panel/controls - factory installed prewired easy to service panel; and single phasing protection (optional).
