Mild Steel Condenser

Unitech Heat Transfers Enriched with years of experience in the industry engaged in offering Mild Steel Condenser.

The design of condenser has the shell with MS ERW pipes or rolled from MS plates, tubes with integrally finned copper tubes, tube sheets with MS plate, water end covers with cast iron or MS.

Shell side has MS Pipe with companion flanges connected with tube side which has threaded holes in cast iron covers. Condenser is painted with synthetic enamel paint after two coats of red oxide primer

Pressure testing:

• Shell side:- 350 psi – Pneumatic
• Tube side: -150 psi – Hydraulic
