Metal Axial Ventilators, HasconWing MAV

HasconWing® MAV ventilators are manufactured assembling HasconWing® axial impellers with a B3 electric motor, a rounded case and a protection mesh. Depending on the application, the impellers can be made of aluminum or plastics (PPG, PAG). The rounded case is made of metal and is available in a short (MAV-S) or long (MAV-L) configuration. Electric B3 motors are chosen from top suppliers and carry all the relevant certifications.

MAV ventilators are available also in ATEX versions for hazardous environments. Depending on the way the impellers are configured, the ventilator can provide either a sucking or blowing airflow.

MAV-L ventilators are assembled using a flanged long case, along with a door, a protection mesh, aluminum/PPG/PAG impellers and B3 motors. The ventilators can be painted or galvanized.

MAV-S ventilators are assembled using a rounded short case, along with a protection mesh, aluminum/PPG/PAG impellers and B3 motors. The ventilators can be painted or galvanized.

MAV ventilators can operate at temperatures between -20°C and +60°C, depending on the technical specifications of the motor. Noise emissions can be taken under control though a highly customized design of each component.

HasconWing® PAV ventilators have been tested in our AMCA 210/07 wind tunnel and comply with the requirements of the Energy Related Products (ErP) EU Directive 2015.
