Krishi Enterprise offers a FRP Roof Extractor is electrically powered, designed to handle large volumes of hot, contaminated, light corrosive air/gases. Made completely of FRP (fiber glass reinforced plastic) a widely used material in modern times surpassing in all respects conventional MS (mild steel) extractors.
- Being made in FRP the extractor is unaffected by weather and corrosive gases and suitable for extracting large volume of contaminated air/corrosive gases
- FRP material is light in weight but very strong and therefore FRP extractor does not require additional bracing or support
- It can be mounted on light structure with minimum installation cost
- Being corrosion resistant FRP extractor does not require periodic painting and maintenance and is practically maintenance free with prolonged life
- Maintenance and installation cost being low FRP roof extractor is economical
- FRP roof extractor with axial flow type aerofoil bladed fan can also be used with ducts for long distance application
- Comprises a well designed fan unit with curb mounting square base, axial flow type aerofoil bladed impeller mounted directly on driving motor and a rain protection cowl
- For highly corrosive gases/fumes
- V-belt driven fan with stack cap and gravity damper instead of cowl is provided
- Fitted with cowl and direct motor mounted arrangement is supplied as a standard unit – it allows sideways dispersal of air
- For highly corrosive gases/fumes V-belt driven arrangement with stack cap and gravity damper is provided against specific requirement – it allows highly corrosive gases to come out vertically upwards in jet form minimizing deposition and corrosion effect on roof/structure
- Standard sizes – 24", 36" and 40"
- Colour – blue.
