Energy Saver Air Ventilator

Sneha Sales Corporation offers an energy saver air ventilator, Model Relexo-21 & 24. This is an environment friendly energy saving concept "Eco-ventilator" suitable to install in all kinds of industrial roofing sheds. It is lightweight and operates by natural wind energy. It has no operating cost. The construction details and specifications: size – throat diameter – 21" and 24"; outer diameter – 28" and 32"; body construction – strong lightweight construction from high grade aluminium and SS-304 material; top cap and neck – top cap and neck is constructed from SS-304 materials 0.5 mm thickness; turbo vents – constructed from high grade aluminium of 0.5 mm thickness; there are 36 vents aerodynamically profiled to perform even at very low wind velocity; rotating mechanism – the ventilator is rotated in a wear resistant high grade thermoplastic bushing system to give long lasting hassle free performance in all atmospheric conditions. Specifications of FRP dome: size – length of FRP base sheet 1800 mm, and width – 1050 mm. Construction: the FRP dome is constructed from first quality fibreglass and polyester resin, suitable to install the air ventilator. The dome is constructed by manual hand moulding process using pre-prepared dies. The company can provide any type FRP dome suitable to install in the existing roofing sheet in the factory/sheds, where the ventilator to be installed. It offers two types of FRP domes as per customers’ application: (1) Transparent dome – to provide more light inside the work area; and (2) Opaque dome – to provide shade and prevent direct sunlight coming into the workshop/factory.
