Compressed Air Coolers

Sasmith Engineering Corporation designs and manufactures Compressed Air Coolers to cool the compressed air, making it suitable for further on line operations. Capacities are available in the ranges 100 SCFM to 5000 SCFM, with operating pressures 0.5 bar to 10 bar. These coolers are suitable for cooling with chilled water or cooling tower water. Specially selected extended surface tubes are used for as heat transfer elements. Special care is taken to prevent the material from corrosion ensuring durability. Material of construction is carbon steel or stainless steel. The units are pressure tested at airside and water side for trouble free operation.
