Air preparation units

Most of the pneumatic equipment like cylinders valves motors, etc, has precision components machined to close tolerances. When these parts reciprocate or rotate within close tolerances, the compressed air has to be clean from dust and particles, dry without water or moisture and moistened with oil for lubrication to reduce wear and tear. Hence, an air preparation unit, which is sometimes called lubro set, or FRL unit, if properly installed will filter, regulate and lubricate any compressed air installation line giving a long service life to the installation. Electropneumatics air preparation units, Electro Prep Air, offer a variety of options from single location that requires only one compressed air inlet. The components can be assembled in any combination directly without use of pipes such that one block can provide several pressure ranges and multiple outlet lines to different pneumatic circuits. Besides, as a security against production stoppages, Electro Prep Air system can be installed in parallel, allowing immediate switching the other system, in case of breakdown. This "three dimensional expansion" concept has many advantages over the conventional FRL units and is introduced by Electropneumatics for the first time in India
