Air Handling Units

Cadillac Engineering Works offers Air Handling Units (AHU). These are designed and manufactured to meet international standard ideal for air ventilation, indoors air quality, comfort air conditioning and specialised application like clean room. These are double screen section panels with aluminium hollow extruded profiles and thermoplastic, corner joints and omega section. Wet system like air washer is specially designed to meet saturation efficiency 90% and pressurization of 2-3 mm. of WG. All fans of A.H.U. (statically and dynamically balanced) are of SISW or DIDW range from 1000 to 60000 CFM and static pressure of more than 6” of WG. These AHU"s performance is related to FED209E standard clean room. Standard AHU consists of mixing chamber, pre filter, fine filter, and coil section, fan section. AHU frame works is constructed from hollow extruded aluminium profiles anodised or powder coated to protect all weather in critical cases thermal break profile can be selected. Special accessibility components are used for easy maintenance and replacement. Cadillac is also equipped with AHU/clean room validation as per GMP standard like particle size and quantity count, temperature, humidity, air change, room pressure etc.
