Air Cooling Units

Chauhan Group has a fully integrated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, specialising in the production of HVAC&R components and systems. The company offers air cooling units in capacity range of 1000 CFM to 250000 CFM. The units are manufactured in heavy-duty extruded aluminium profile, also available in MS fabricated section in HDG or powder coated finish. The panels are filled with 25 or 50 mm thick pressure injected polyurethane foam, having 38/40 kg/m3 density. Various options such as pre-coated galvanised sheets, plain galvanised sheets, aluminium and SS 304/SS 316 sheets in various thicknesses are available for inner and outer skin of double skin panels. High efficiency, AMCA certified, imported DWDI type blowers are used. Forward curved blowers for normal applications and backward curved for high resistance application. The air cooled unit sump is made of SS 304 or MS FRP lining with connection. Base frame is made of MS heavy gauge channel; and access doors are provided with hinges and locks made of DIE casting for perfect air tightness.

The units are manufactured as per the customers’ requirements, with various options such as:

1. Cellulose Celdek Pad type
2. Spray type.
