- Robust construction: Framework comprises assembly of corrosion resistant extruded aluminium twin box profiles and nylon glass fibre corner joints
- Aluminium extruded thermal break profiles are also available for outdoor and other special applications
- Panels: Double skin construction standard 25 or 50 mm thick panels with injected polyurethane foam insulation of 40 kg/m3 density sandwiched between two sheets of optional pre-coated/galvanised/aluminium/SS
- Panels are fixed to framework with self-tapping screws
- The neoprene gasket in between ensures air-tight joints
- The screw heads are covered with nylon caps
- Moisture intrusion and microbial growth are inhibited with non-hygroscopic properties of injected polyurethane foam
- Inspection doors are fixed to the framework with easy release nylon handles and heavy duty pressure die-cast aluminium hinges with stainless steel pivot
- The entire unit is mounted on aluminium alloy/galvanised steel channel base to assure stability and ease of lifting and handling at site
- Fan section – Comefri/Nicotra/Kruger make imported DIDW centrifugal forward/backward curved fan forms the hears of the air handling units with various outlet configurations
- The entire assembly of motor and blower is isolated from the main frame by means of spring isolators/rubber mounts
- Motor and fan assembly is mounted on base frame made of aluminium profile/galvanised steel
- Coil section is designed for cooling coil, heating coil and direct expansion coil
- Coils are computer selected to obtain optimum psychometric efficiency
- Coils available with MS/copper headers
- The drain tray is manufactured from heavy gauge/aluminium/stainless steel, has uniform slope from all sides ensuring no stagnation of condensate water
- Filter sections are designed for easy withdrawal and removal of flat/corrugated/bag/microwave Hepa filters
- Filter section is provided with access door panel
