Air Handling Unit

The Hygieno Care Air Handling Unit (AHU) offers a total hygienic solution for clean air system. Features include: improved indoor air quality, flexible, energy efficient, low noise level and available in a wide range. The performance is generally in accordance with ANSI/ARI standard-430, AMCA, ISO 14644 and CEN standards. Construction highlights include: 1. High efficiency coils and easy maintenance – corrosion resistant coil construction features have galvanised steel casing and stainless steel header with threaded connections and extra thick tube walls and fins for longer life; 2. High performance blowers (like Kruger, etc) – AMCA certified, DIDW centrifugal blowers with forward/ backward curved construction are available for medium to high static pressure applications; the electric motor is totally enclosed type with an IP 55 or 54 protection, Class F insulation; 3. Mixing box with dampers – the damper is supplied with mixing box for better mixing and controls of fresh air and return air; 4. Anti-vibration isolators ensure low operating noise and vibration, eliminates the need for flexible coil connections and thus save installation cost; 5. Double skinned casing with aluminium frame and injected PUF – meets the performance requirements of the CEN standards; 6. Withdrawable drain pan for ease of cleaning –allows complete cleaning and avoid microbial growth; 7. Convenient access door – for easy opening/access to all internals of AHU; and 8. Easy access filters – HEPA filters with extremely high separation capacity are installed in clean rooms, operating theatres and other hygienic ventilation applications.
