Air-filtration/conditioning equipments

Cary-Air Systems offers air-filtration/conditioning equipments for high efficiency air-filtration requirements of pharmaceuticals, biological, petrochemicals, synthetic fibres, electronics, automobiles, cement and other industries. These equipments are also used in hospitals, computer centers, telephone exchanges, hotels and laboratories, as well as for dust control, fume extraction and emission pollution control. Various types of filtering media are stitched together and crimped to form deep folds for maximum filtration area with minimum pressure drop. The filter media is sealed with special adhesive to prevent air leakage and to ensure 100% filtered air. Aluminium spacers to ensure uniform airflow distribution and to provide rigidity to the filter media separate the crimps. The media and spacers are housed in preformatted steel frame. High dimensional accuracy is maintained to ensure total body contact when multiple filters are used. The frame is powder-coated for excellent finish and corrosion resistances.
