Air Control Units

Vijay Air Control offers Air Control Unit. This unit consists of filters regulators, lubricators and combinations, filters. The incoming air is centrifugally cleaned for compressor carry over oil, liquid condensate and solid contamination such as pipe scale, etc., and drained out. The filter comes attached with semi-automatic drain mechanism and optional as auto drain mechanism. The semi-automatic drain mechanism allows the water to be discharged automatically when there is no pneumatic pressure. Regulators: lubricators - oil can be mixed with the air for lubricating valves, cylinders, and tools. Very fine control of oil delivery is possible by adjusting screw.

Construction & Working Characteristics:

• The great advantage of these Air Control Unit’s components is their modular design which allows their assembly without the use of additional devices.
• This version is made of aluminum die-cast material.
• The bowls are made of transparent technopolymer, always allowing the clear view of moisture and oil level control from any angle.
• The filter is equipped with manual drain valve for 2000 series & semi-automatic drain valve for other series.
• It is possible to install automatic draining device inside the bowl.
• The pressure regulator handle is lockable in the desired position by simply pressing it downwards.
• The lubricator oil flow is adjustable with proper handle and it is visibly checked through the sight dome.
• The accessories like the wall fixing brackets, pressure gauges are completing the range.
