Vertical batch freezer

Seam Seal Packaging offers Vertical batch freezer, Creamice- in 5 models. They can make Ice-cream, with the texture similar to continuous freezer with 100% over run. They are suitable for firms selling 100-200 litres of Ice-cream/day. The front control panel with digital keypad, LCD display and LED indicator helps for easy setting of operating parameters. In-built compressor and dasher motor overload current protection and product temperature is user settable. The combination of computerised control system, innovative design of freezing barrel and scrapper device produces very smooth texture of ice cream. Pressurised barrel with top cover allows minimum product to remain inside, and direct filling of cup/party packs at controlled speed with flower shape (optional) is possible. Air pressure can be adjustable as per desired overrun while slide valve helps to release barrel pressure. Air compressor with filter and pressure regulator is part of the machine. The easy opening top cover with firm handle facilitates cleaning of barrel and dasher, as the machine is mounted on castor wheels for easy movement. Built-in refrigeration system with R22/8507/R404A gas can be offered.
