It is well established that true chilled water increases productivity and quality of finished products and overall efficiency of the plant. Packaged chilling units, supply a ready source of true chilled water at close tolerances for wide variety of applications. Premier refrigeration limited range of packaged water chillers are designed specifically to meet the water chilling requirements` of the modern industry with high productivity and high quality demands. They are manufactured in modern and sophisticated factory with completely standardised manufacturing programme. Features: installation – no foundation required, skid-mounted, virtually vibration free; construction – sturdy frame, chemical treated, powder coated panels; compressor – suction gas cooled hermetically sealed, built-in mufflers; condenser – air-cooled with special fins giving high heat transfer coefficient; accessories – integral tank, chilled water pumps with mechanical seal; accumulator – suction accumulator supplied as standard equipment; protection – dependable safety relief valve, low and high pressure cut-out; electrical – control panel with fuses, switchgears, relays, electronic timers, connectors with full-function control, wiring colour/number coded; refrigerant piping – all colour coded, designed as per ASHRAE norms, fitted with filter dryer, inspection glass, and leak tested with dry nitrogen at 400 psig; and evacuated up to 50 microns before charging.
