Humidifiers

Idealin Fogging Systems offers Humidifiers, Zyclone-2i FL. It is extremely useful for spot humidification requirements of the textile industry ranging from ginning/ pressing to spinning, winding, mixing, blow-rooms, cards, etc. In this model, 2 powerful humidifiers are combined together to work alternatively (1 hr each), with the help of a control system. Both machines function independent of each other but are regulated through the control system ("Humitrol-WTH"), which maintains their duty cycle. The backbone of each machine is a high-speed motor generating 20,000 RPM. The motor ensures that the water particles are broken into very fine size up to 15 microns and the distance travelled by these particles is visible till 20 ~ 25 ft. Thereafter, they evaporate into the atmosphere and do not condense. The result is that in a short span of time high RH level can be attained by this humidification system. A water evaporation control valve is fitted on each machine to control the discharge rate. With an area coverage of 1,000 ~ 1,500 sq.ft combined with a discharge rate of 1 ~ 25 LPH, it is easily one of the most powerful and ideal humidifier model for the textile industry. Maintenance is reduced to a minimum since re-usable air-filters are supplied with each machine. Other humidifier models and additional accessories are also available.
