DEHUMIDIFIERS

Kapis Engineers offers Dehumidifiers. It has the capacity rating from 25 CFM to 12,000 CFM. It is used in all industrial applications. It is portable. It is self-contained, require minimum maintenance and provide maximum drying capacity by condensing out of the moisture from the air quickly and effectively. Principle of operation: moisture from the air is removed by condensation when the air is passed over a cooling coil, thereby cooling it to dew point. The air is then passed over a condenser coil and the resultant warm dry air is delivered to the room through a fan. There is a marginal rise in temperature of the outlet air coming out of the dehumidifier. As the moisture gets removed from the air in absolute terms, the relative humidity comes down and can be controlled to a required level by means of a humidistat fitted in the dehumidifier. Specifications: type - water condensing type; capacity - 1, 1.5 and 2.25 HP; compressor - hermitically sealed, 230 V AC ±%, 50 Hz ±2% single phase supply; and totally enclosed fan cooled single shaft motor fitted with forward curved centrifugal fan. It is designed to mount on trolley with castors and water collecting tank which avoids external plumbing.
