Water/Brine Chilling Unit

Celcius Controls' water/brine chilling unit is very Compact, sturdy and versatile. The components going into the manufacture of this unit are carefully selected for their compactness and performance and are of reputed make. The capacities of the water/brine chillers range from I to 10 tonnes in air cooled units and up to 40 tonnes in water cooled type. The temperature that can be achieved in single stage is -20?C. For normal applications, generally a temperature of 5?C to 10?C is offered. A key feature of this water/brine chiller is the use of compact brazed stainless steel heat exchanger in place of regular shell and tube chiller. It is a patented product of a Swedish company. Size of this heat exchanger is 1/5th the size of a regular shell and tube heat exchanger of the same capacity and is very efficient. It incorporates an electronic temperature indicator cum controller for correct indication and control of water/brine temperature. Other features are: a stainless steel body water circulation pump which is light in weight, and an adequately sized air cooled condenser which results in lower discharge pressure of the compressor which in turn reduces the cornpressor's power consumption and wear and tear.
